Located on Route 11, the restaurant brings a fresh energy to the community with a menu built around slow-smoked brisket, ribs, sausage, and classic barbecue favorites. Early visitors are already calling the food “legit,” with some days selling out thanks to high demand and word-of-mouth excitement.

Our meats are prepared through a long smoking process to develop the tenderness, bark, and deep smoke flavor that real barbecue demands. We do not take shortcuts, and we do not reheat yesterday’s product.
That commitment means availability is limited. We aim to offer our complete barbecue menu until approximately one hour before closing, but popular items may sell out sooner.
